How the Referral Program Works

Share your link, earn credits when they subscribe.

: Pencild has a referral program where you can earn credits by inviting other artists to the platform:

You receive a unique referral code

Share your referral link with other artists

When they sign up using your link and subscribe, both of you receive a free month
: Find your referral link in Settings > Referrals (or sidebar)

Share the link with other artists

They register using your link

When they convert from trial to paid subscription, credits are applied

Both you AND the new user receive account credits (one month free)
: You (referrer): Credit equal to one month of your plan price

Them (referee): Credit equal to one month of their plan price

For yearly plans, the credit is calculated as the yearly price divided by 12.
: No. There is no cap on the number of referrals. Both artist and studio accounts are eligible.

Monitor your referrals and see your earned credits.

: Go to the Referrals section (sidebar or Settings):

See pending referrals (registered but not yet subscribed)

See qualified referrals (subscribed, credits applied)

View your referral link and code

Track total credits earned
: If the referred user's trial expires or they cancel before subscribing:

The referral is marked as "expired"

No credits are applied to either party

There's no penalty for expired referrals
