Organisation & Management

Keep your images organised by context.

Images are organised by their association:

  • Client Gallery – All images attached to a client, across all their appointments and projects
  • Project Gallery – Images specific to a multi-session project
  • Appointment Gallery – Photos from a specific appointment

This keeps your visual references contextually organised.

Yes. When you delete an image:

  1. The image moves to trash
  2. It remains recoverable for 30 days
  3. After 30 days, it's permanently deleted

To restore a deleted image, go to Settings > Trash and restore the item.

Security & Storage

Your images are encrypted and securely stored.

Yes. All uploaded images are:

  • Encrypted at rest
  • Stored securely in the cloud
  • Only accessible to you (or studio members based on permissions)
  • Protected by the same security as all your data

Storage limits depend on your subscription plan. Refer to your plan details for specific limits. Images are automatically optimised during upload to reduce storage usage while maintaining quality.
